I had the honor of training with Sensei Friedel for about 4 years, his spirit and style are amazing and his mentor Frank Doran Sensei, in Redwood City, (I lived in S.F. for 9+years) If you ever get a chance to attend either of their seminars,do, I highlt recommend it !

    At my dojo we're very lucky in that we have a seminar every summer with Doran Sensei, I highly recommend seeking him out!
