Aikido in Albany NY?

Does anyone know any good aikido dojo's in the Albany NY area?

    Troy, I did an aikiweb search and found 2
    Capital District Aikikai www.albanyaikido.com is a USAF-ER affiliate under Yamada Sensei, with a 6th dan instructor; may or may not be your cup of tea, but certainly has the lineage.
    Aikido School of Self Defense www.DelmarAikido.com is led by a second dan and affiliated w/ NIhon Goshin under Morito Sensei, which is not "maintstream" aikido but comes from an aikijutsu/mixed Japanese art lineage.
    Both would certainly be worth checking out!
