John Stevens, 7th Dan is teaching a 3 day seminar at Bay Marin Aikido in San Rafael next weekend, 9/26-9/28. Stevens Sensei was a student of Rinjiro Shirata Sensei, who was a pre-war student of O'Sensei. He is getting on in years and is suffering from Diabetes & Parkinson's so this may be his last teaching tour in the States and just to listen to him telling Ueshiba Family stoies is worth the price.
Generall the weekend has hand-to-hand on Fir evening/Sat AM, Clligraphy &chanting Sat afternoon and Weapons on Sunday.
